1. Full refund within 7 days
Within 7 days of your first UINice Pro purchase (1 month, 1 year or founding lifetime), you can ask for a full refund as long as you haven't downloaded or applied any paid design system.
2. No refund once you've used paid content
A design system is digital content and can't be taken back once downloaded. If you've downloaded or applied any paid design system through the prompt, that order can no longer be refunded.
3. Nothing renews automatically
1-month and 1-year passes are one-time payments that end on their own, so there's nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again. We don't refund unused days.
4. New member offer orders
Orders bought at the 60-minute new member price follow the same refund rules as full-price orders.
5. Duplicate or wrong charges
If you were charged twice or the amount is wrong, we refund the extra in full once we've checked it, regardless of rules 1 and 2.
6. How to ask
Email hello@uinice.com with the email you ordered with and your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; when it arrives depends on your payment provider.
